Managing Director, Transaction Advisory Services About the Company Globally recognized organization providing transaction advisory services with extensive resources and collaborative teams. IndustryAccounting TypePartnership About the Role The Company is seeking a Managing Director for Transaction Advisory Services (TAS) to lead and drive impactful M&A advisory services, particularly for middle-market transactions. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading both buy-side and sell-side engagements, capital raising, and financial sponsor coverage. This role requires a dynamic individual with a minimum of 10 years' experience in M&A advisory services, a Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field, and an MBA is preferred. The Managing Director will be expected to collaborate with regional teams across multiple countries, build and grow their own franchise, and contribute to a culture of inclusivity and excellence. Key responsibilities include developing and executing sales and marketing strategies, mentoring and developing staff, ensuring the quality of client deliverables, and managing day-to-day aspects of client relationships and projects. The ideal candidate for the Managing Director, TAS position at the company will have a proven track record in generating new business, cultivating client relationships, and a strong proficiency in MS Office applications. They should possess excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to lead within a matrixed organization, and have experience in marketing services to enhance the organization's visibility and reputation.
