Education, Licenses, Certifications: College, university, or degree in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Math) or related field, or equivalent experience required. This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations. Experience: Intermediate level of relevant work experience required.This role will support DBU Supply Chain sites in the West Region (Irvine, Denver, Edmonton).Core Responsibilities / Activities* Lead execution of manufacturing and capital projects from concept through implementation, ensuring safety, quality, delivery, and cost objectives are achieved.* Develop, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes, equipment, and production systems to improve operational performance and manufacturing readiness.* Serve as the technical lead for cross-functional project teams, driving risk mitigation, issue resolution, equipment commissioning, and successful project delivery.Skill, Education, Or Experience Requirements* Bachelor's degree in manufacturing engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related technical field, with 5+ years of manufacturing engineering experience.* Demonstrated experience leading manufacturing, industrialization, or capital projects in a production environment.* Strong technical knowledge of manufacturing processes, equipment installation and commissioning, process development, capacity analysis, and production readiness activities.* Experience applying engineering problem-solving and risk management tools such as Root Cause Analysis, PFMEA, Control Plans, and Lean Manufacturing methodologies.Preferred Skills, Education, Or Experience* Experience with automation, robotics, advanced manufacturing technologies.* Project Management certification (PMP or equivalent) and experience managing project budgets, schedules, and cross-functional stakeholders.Compensation And BenefitsPlease note that the salary range provided is a good faith estimate on the applicable range.
