Job Summary The Marketing Intern supports the Marketing team in executing day-to-day marketing initiatives that enhance brand visibility, support client engagement, and strengthen the firm’s marketing infrastructure. This role is designed to provide hands‑on experience with a focus on Social Media (LinkedIn) and Event Coordination. Job Information Job Title: Marketing Intern – Fall 2026 Reports to: Chief Marketing Officer Department: Marketing Compensation: $20 per hour Duties & Responsibilities Supports execution of social media initiatives, including drafting posts, coordinating approvals, and scheduling content across firm and advisor LinkedIn accounts. Assists with planning and execution of client and prospect events, including private dinners, webinars, and firm‑sponsored events. Helps prepare invitations, event materials, RSVP tracking, and post‑event follow‑up communications. Supports website updates, including posting blog content, updating bios, and maintaining marketing pages as needed. Qualifications & Attributes Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, English, Business, or a related field. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to tone, grammar, and detail. Comfortable working with digital tools such as Microsoft Office, Canva, and basic website or social media platforms. Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously. Process‑oriented, dependable, and eager to learn. Self‑starter with a positive attitude and willingness to support a fast‑paced, collaborative team. Interest in marketing, branding, digital content, and professional services environments. Physical Requirements Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time. Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine, and printer. Must communicate information and ideas so others will understand; able to exchange accurate information in these situations.
