PAY RANGE The Target Pay Range for this position is $80,200.00-$97,800.00 annually. The full Pay Range is $62,400.00 - $115,700.00 annually. At BECU, compensation decisions are determined using factors such as relevant job‑related skills, experience, and education or training. Should an offer for employment be made, we will consider individual qualifications. In addition to your salary, compensation incentives are available for the hired applicant. Incentives are performance based and targets vary by role. This role will serve as a key relationship lead and marketing point of contact for assigned lines of business, with a primary focus on supporting advisor‑based business units such as mortgage, business banking, and wealth management. This role coordinates project elements including marketing plan development, project brief drafting, project team coordination, logistics and scheduling, key stakeholder communication, budget management, market trend analysis, final reporting, and external partner coordination. What You'll Do Serve as the primary marketing contact for assigned business units, building strong partnerships and providing strategic marketing support. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business goals, sales priorities, and member needs, translating them into effective marketing initiatives. Develop marketing plans and project briefs that support campaign execution and business objectives. Coordinate and execute multi‑channel marketing campaigns across digital, social, print, email, and other marketing platforms. Manage project timelines, deliverables, logistics, and stakeholder communications to ensure successful campaign execution. Support campaign performance tracking, reporting, and analysis, providing insights and recommendations for future improvements. Conduct market, industry, and competitor research to identify trends, opportunities, and best practices. Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with brand standards. Assist with budget tracking and expense management for assigned marketing initiatives. Maintain consistency in brand messaging and visual identity across all marketing materials. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience. 1+ years of professional marketing experience. Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting B2B marketing, sales enablement, business development, financial services, or advisor‑focused business lines. Strong relationship‑building skills with the ability to effectively partner with cross‑functional stakeholders. Demonstrated project management experience, including managing multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously. Experience supporting integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to interpret campaign performance data. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other business productivity tools. Understanding of marketing strategy, brand management, positioning, and campaign execution. Experience with budget tracking, expense management, and vendor coordination.
