Mobile Crisis Response – Program Assistant The Mobile Crisis Response – Program Assistant provides administrative and operational support to the Mobile Crisis Response Unit. This role ensures efficient coordination of communication, documentation, onboarding, and departmental processes while maintaining compliance with agency standards and community partnerships. The Mobile Crisis Response – Program Assistant is expected to use a trauma-informed approach emphasizing the "5 S's": Safety – Ensure physical and emotional safety for clients and staff. Self-Regulation – Manage one's own emotions to remain effective during crisis situations. Supportiveness – Build respectful, caring relationships with clients. Strengths – Recognize and build upon the positive traits of all clients. Self-Care – Practice personal well-being to prevent burnout and manage secondary stress. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree preferred. Previous administrative assistance experience required. Strong data entry skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Bilingual (Spanish) preferred. Excellent written and verbal communication; strong interpersonal skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information. Excellent organizational skills, flexibility, and ability to manage multiple priorities. Strong attention to detail and follow-through. Ability to work occasional evenings and weekends as needed.
