Now, we're looking for a skilled Multi-Craft Maintenance Technician to join our team in Newnan, GA. If you're a hands-on problem-solver who thrives on the intricate challenges of hydraulics, pneumatics, and valves, this is your stage. You'll be the expert we rely on to keep our advanced die-cast production equipment running at peak performance.Your mission will be to ensure operational excellence by maintaining, servicing, and troubleshooting our equipment and facility. Your keen eye and skilled hands will diagnose issues, make precise adjustments, and perform mechanical and electrical repairsall with a steadfast commitment to safety and efficiency. A major and rewarding focus of your role will be on valve systems. You bring deep, hands-on expertise in hydraulics and pneumatics, with a specific talent for troubleshooting, replacing, and rebuilding valves. This specialized skill is central to our success.Your responsibilities include serving as the technical authority for hydraulic and pneumatic valve systems on our die-cast production equipment, troubleshooting and repairing complex pneumatic and hydraulic logic systems to minimize downtime, diagnosing and resolving issues within electrical systems, performing proactive maintenance and urgent repairs on a wide variety of industrial equipment and fixtures, and collaborating with the team to maintain the entire site property, ensuring a safe and productive environment.What you bring to the role includes a minimum of 5 years of experience as a multi-craft maintenance technician in an industrial setting, proven, specialized experience with valve systems involving hydraulics and pneumatics, strong competency in troubleshooting both electrical systems and fluid power logic, a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent combination of education and hands-on experience, and a mindset geared towards safety, precision, and continuous improvement.This is a night shift position, working Monday through Thursday from 4:30 PM to 3:00 AM (four 10-hour shifts). You will receive a competitive hourly rate, plus an additional $1.00 per hour night shift premium. Any Friday work is paid at time-and-a-half overtime. We provide a comprehensive benefits package, including a 401(k) with company matching.
