A confidential plaintiff-side personal injury litigation opportunity is available with a Florida-based litigation practice seeking a courtroom-ready associate to handle active matters from pre-suit through litigation. This is a hands-on role suited to an attorney who enjoys motion practice, depositions, hearings, and moving cases forward with ownership and client-facing responsibility. WHY THIS OPPORTUNITY STANDS OUT Direct litigation experience across the lifecycle of personal injury cases, with meaningful responsibility for day-to-day strategy and execution. Trial-focused environment where attorneys are expected to be comfortable in court and develop practical advocacy skills. Merit-based long-term growth potential, including the possibility of an equity partnership track for sustained high performance. Structured interview process with prompt follow-up after interviews. THE ROLE Manage plaintiff-side personal injury litigation, including auto accident and premises liability matters. Handle motion practice, hearings, mediations, depositions, and ongoing case management. Take and defend depositions, including depositions of medical professionals. Draft and argue pleadings and motions; coordinate discovery and evaluate case value and exposure. Communicate with clients and opposing counsel; support settlement strategy and negotiation. LOCATION, SCHEDULE AND COMPENSATION Location: Miami, Florida Schedule: On-site, in-office 5 days per week (no remote or hybrid option). REQUIREMENTS Active Florida Bar admission in good standing. Juris Doctor from an accredited law school. At least 4 years of personal injury litigation experience; trial experience is preferred but not required. Prior experience deposing medical professionals is required. Comfortable handling core litigation tasks including depositions, hearings, mediations, motion practice, and day-to-day case management. COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS Health insurance (50% covered by the firm). 401(k) with 4% match (opt-in immediate; vesting after 1 year). 10 paid days off (flexible for attorneys), plus paid firm holidays.
