A renowned healthcare system in New Hampshire is searching for a Nurse Manager to oversee its ICU and Telemetry Units. In this role, you will develop staff, utilize resources to improve efficiency in the units, assist with fiscal responsibilities, and deliver quality patient care. The is a great opportunity for a nurse leader to oversee two units and build a strong ICU program. This role reports directly to the Administrative Director of Nursing and has excellent career pathing. Responsibilities:
- Oversee clinical nursing care in an 8-bed ICU and 15-bed Telemetry Unit.
- Manage patient care and transitions across the unit.
- Monitor, evaluate, and revamp patient care and services provided.
- Recruit, train, and develop new and tenured staff.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:
- A BSN is required, and an MSN is preferred.
- 3+ years of acute care clinical experience is required.
- Prior leadership experience is preferred.

- Full-time, permanent position
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, days
- Compensation: $84,000-$135,000, depending on experience.
