Orthopedic Nurse Practitioner Location: Del Norte, CO. Only qualified healthcare professionals accepted. Practice Overview Hospital‑employed position in an outpatient clinic attached to an acute care hospital. The clinic focuses on orthopedic cases including knee, ACL, hip, shoulder (rotator cuff), and ankle fractures, with an expansion plan for sports medicine services. Clinic attendees include 18–20 patients per day. Responsibilities Provide clinical care in the outpatient clinic, attending 18–20 patients per day. Perform orthopedic procedures such as knee, ACL, hip, shoulder (rotator cuff), and ankle fracture management. Assist with surgical rounding and potential involvement in surgical procedures. Participate in evening and weekend call, not to exceed 12 days per month. Document patient encounters using EMR McKesson Paragon and Practice Partner system. Coordinate imaging studies with 128‑slice CT scanner, 1.5‑Tesla MRI, onsite radiology, 24/7 remote tele‑radiology, and limited interventional radiology services. Compensation Salary: $110,000–$120,000+ depending upon experience. Sign‑on bonus, moving allowance, and up to $50,000 loan repayment. Annual CME allowance.
