Position Summary

Provide technical assistance to computer users. Answer questions or resolve computer problems for users.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Assist in software configuration.
  • Assist with PC hardware set up and repair.
  • Assist with network wiring.
  • Assist with A/V setup and events.
  • Assist with Helpdesk duties.
  • Perform administrative duties such as scanning, filing, miscellaneous correspondence, and inventory tracking.
  • Perform other duties as assigned

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.

MINIMUM EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Possession of valid driver's license is required with the ability to be insurable by Calhoun's insurance.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

  • Experience in application software.
  • Experience with data entry, scanning, filing, etc.
  • Capable of following technical instructions.
  • Pleasant and helpful communication skills.
