Patent Agent This position seeks a Patent Agent to join the Intellectual Property team across various U.S. offices, including Denver, Fort Wayne, Indianapolis, Minneapolis, Philadelphia, Washington DC, and Wilmington. The role involves comprehensive participation in patent preparation and prosecution, particularly in areas related to artificial intelligence, machine learning, and emerging technologies. Candidates must hold at least a bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field, with experience in drafting and prosecuting patents in relevant technological domains. Admission to practice before the USPTO is required, along with a minimum of two years of licensed patent agent experience. Additional valued skills include client counseling and industry experience in software or hardware sectors. Candidates should demonstrate collaborative, motivated, and team-oriented qualities, along with excellent academic credentials and communication abilities. The position offers a competitive salary range of $110,000 to $180,000, based on qualifications, experience, and location.
