Day Shift 0730 to 1800, 4 x 10s. Rotating days, including weekends. BCLS required. 1 to 2 years at least of experience but MUST have inpatient hospital experience. Call is required. Can be up to half of scheduled shifts.Education and Work Experience:Graduate of school of pharmacy: RequiredDoctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree: PreferredOne year's technical experience: PreferredInpatient clinical pharmacy experience: PreferredLicenses/Certifications:Pharmacist license in the state of practice: RequiredAll licensures and certifications needed to fulfill the duties required of a Pharmacist at the state level: Required
