Role: Physical Therapist (Women's health, pelvic floor knowledge preferred)

Location: Greenwich, CT

Estimated Salary: ($50-75 / hour)

Flexible based on experience

Must be willing to actively grow your own schedule

Part-time with the potential to grow into full-time if the fit is right.

Position is available starting immediately.

About the Role:

We are looking for a part-time PT, potentially transitioning into full-time, to join us. The candidate must be available during some after school hours and Saturdays.

If you have a strong orthopedic background, excellent manual therapy skills, have a passion for movement and learning, love all things wellness and want to be a part of a cutting edge culture, learn, grow and experience entrepreneurship as well as clinical development with professionals who love integrative, high quality care this is the perfect opportunity for you.

Responsibilities:

  • Practice within the PhysioElements ClinicYou have strong skills in treating scoliosis, pelvic floor conditions, Women's heatlh, Ehlers Danlos Syndrome, or a desire to learn

Confidence treating, and monitoring different orthopedic conditionsDocumentation skills requirements for an accurate and complete medical recordParticipate in team meetings and trainings

  • Ensure An Individualized Patient ExperienceAbility to strategically think outside of the box when appropriate and needed

Strong communication skills to articulate the plan of care to the patients teamActive listener and customize treatment plans to patients unique needs

  • Effectively Escalate Issues When NecessaryOpenly communicate with leadership teams about concerns, opportunities and other needs
  • Certifications: valid state license to practice

Other nice to have skills:

  • Pilates
  • Movement based assessments
  • Nutritional knowledge
  • Advanced training in orthopedic and manual therapy
