Platform Consultant

InfraHire is hiring for Platform Consultant:

- Role: Junior, hands-on, and technical position focused on platform configuration, optimization, troubleshooting, user training, and issue resolution

- Experience Required: 2 3+ years in ERP consulting, public accounting, financial software, or client services
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or Information Systems
- Primary Responsibilities:
- Configure and optimize financial platforms
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical or functional issues
- Provide training and support to end-users
- Work closely with clients to address platform-related needs
- Domain Requirement:
- Must have experience supporting accounting, tax, investment, or wealth/ERP platforms
- Candidates with generic SaaS Customer Success backgrounds will not be considered
- Preferred Backgrounds:
- Experience from wealth-tech/fintech companies (e.g., Addepar, Masttro, SS&C Black Diamond, FundCount, Archway, Sage Intacct)
- Fund administration or experience serving family offices, RIAs, or private equity firms
