Must Have Technical/Functional Skills

Experience with PLM software like 3DX, Teamcenter

PLM experience on aerospace process / certification and knowledge of products.

Experience in executing projects in Agile Framework

Background in engineering, IT, or product data management, with experience in PLM customization and integration.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

Backlog & Strategy: Define, prioritize, and maintain the PLM product roadmap and backlog, turning business requirements into actionable user stories and acceptance criteria.

Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as the primary liaison between engineering, manufacturing, IT, and external partners to gather requirements and drive adoption.

Process Improvement: Optimize PLM workflows, including Change Management (ECR/ECN), BOM management, and document control, aligning them with company goals.

Agile Leadership: Drive product development using Scrum or SAFe, leading grooming and sprint planning sessions with technical teams.

System Ownership: Ensure system availability, data integrity, security, and compliance with industry standards, coordinating testing and deployment of new features.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science or equivalent

Problem Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Communication: Ability to communicate complex results clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Certifications: Good to have Agile certifications SAFe / PSM

Generic Managerial Skills, If any

Working in a dynamic environment

Good to have Manufacturing domain understanding
