Principal Software Engineer - BAE Systems

Key Responsibilities Architect and develop scalable, high‑performance software systems in Python, C++, and Java, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical standards. Lead cross‑functional teams through Agile ceremonies, mentoring engineers and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Design and implement cloud‑native solutions on AWS, leveraging services such as EC2, Lambda, S3, and RDS to deliver reliable, secure, and cost‑effective deployments.
