About Us
Position Summary
This role brings with it an exciting opportunity to help our clients with strategic sales growth. This role is responsible for supporting the direct clients by acting as a product knowledge resource from PrismHR and demoing for Small to Medium Businesses (SMBs) to enable their additional growth, as well as assisting our Customer Growth and Success teams by presenting PrismHR products. The primary goal will be to bridge the gap between PrismHR s full suite of products and our clients prospect s needs. As a highly respected internal and external resource, this position is expected to assist with maintaining demonstration environments and providing proof points to ensure our clients can foster greater relationships with prospective and current SMB clients. Additionally, this position will assist with the creation of content to be consumed by our end clients which includes building usable demo content and ensuring its ongoing relevance. Working within the PrismHR culture also means consistent collaboration internally including updating/maintaining demo talk tracks for various product lines and working with Senior Sales Engineers to learn newly added PrismHR and PrismHR reseller products to be used in demos.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Lead demonstrations of PrismHR products to SMB prospects
- Lead demonstrations of PrismHR products for Customer Growth/Success Managers
- Partner with Product Management, Marketing, and Sales teams to improve processes and provide valuable support
- Assist in creation/maintenance of demo scripts, outlines for new products, and demonstration scenarios in sandbox environments
- Stay up to date on market conditions to disseminate to internal stakeholders
- Maintain a working knowledge of the industry and competitors in order to act as a valuable resource to the customer and sales team
- Assist with RFP s or other customer documents to develop and prepare an effective response or proposal
- Build and maintain meaningful demo content to be consumed by our clients, their clients, and internal stakeholders
- Must be a compelling, passionate, and confident public speaker with communication skills of the highest caliber
- Deliver product presentations both remote and onsite
- Deliver comprehensive and customized product demonstrations focused on functional capabilities in business terms that are easily understood by the customer
- Demonstrate the products with a focus on the value to the prospect
Marginal Functions
- Build, maintain and promote relationships with team members, peers across disciplines, and all other company team members ensuring effective coordination of communications and services affecting clients.
- Attend webinars and training to stay up to date on best practices related to the company and department.
- Complete projects and other duties as assigned by supervisor.
- Understand at a base level a sales process & strategies
- Demonstrate ability to develop, build and maintain strong relationships with sales team, partners, vendors, and customers
- Ability to analyze complex problems or situations and develop effective solutions
- Demo2Win or similar certification is preferred
- Understanding of the PrismHR platform and our target industries including PEO/ASO/HCM, Payroll Service Bureaus, and/or Staffing organizations is preferred
- Prior system implementation, especially of PrismHR products or competitor products is highly valued
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree or additional degree(s) preferred
- 1+ years of technical solution presentations preferable
- 1+ years of HCM experience including benefits, payroll, recruitment or time and attendance software is required.
Physical, Mental, & Communication Demands
Physical Demands:

- Stress Management: Handle stressful situations calmly and effectively, especially when dealing with client concerns
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong ability to build relationships and communicate effectively with employees, managers, clients and external vendors.
- Cultural Sensitivity: Communicate with individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds, demonstrating cultural awareness and sensitivity.
- Written Communication: Prepare clear and concise documentation, including emails and notes.
- Verbal Communication: Conduct presentations and employee training sessions; provide clear instructions and support to clients, employees and managers.
- Presentation Skills: Present information effectively in training sessions with clients and other employees.
In office on site 5 days a week during normal working hours at Vensure office location.
