This role will focus on increasing efficiency, reducing costs, improving quality, and supporting production teams in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.Key ResponsibilitiesAnalyze and improve manufacturing processes, assembly methods, and production workflowsDevelop and implement process controls to ensure product consistency and customer specification complianceMonitor process and equipment performance and drive continuous improvement initiativesPartner with cross-functional teams to evaluate product requirements and manufacturing capabilitiesDocument manufacturing procedures and train operators and production personnelRecommend and implement new technologies, equipment, and manufacturing methods to improve efficiency and competitivenessProvide technical support across multiple departments as neededQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related technical field3+ years of process engineering or manufacturing engineering experienceExperience with AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar 3D modeling softwareFamiliarity with ERP systems such as ProAlpha or equivalentKnowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement methodologiesStrong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skillsAbility to thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with minimal supervisionAdditional DetailsExempt positionMinimal travel required (<5%)Opportunity to work with advanced manufacturing technologies and process improvement initiatives
