Adecco Permanent Recruitment has partnered with a new manufacturing client to find a full-time Process Engineer near Dalton, GA. Key Responsibilities Develop, optimize, and support production processes. Drive continuous improvement using Lean, Six Sigma, time studies, and line balancing Improve throughput, labor efficiency, scrap reduction, and overall equipment effectiveness (OEE) Optimize tooling, equipment, and workflow Create and maintain standard work, work instructions, and process documentation Support new product launches Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions for quality and production issues Work closely with production, quality, maintenance, and supply chain teams to ensure smooth operations. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Industrial, Mechanical Engineering, or related 3+ years of relevant engineering experience within a manufacturing/production environment Strong process improvement and data analysis skills Lean/Continuous Improvement experience Must be authorized to work in the U.S. Client is not able to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa now or in the future.
