Product Manager, Agentic Content Platforms The Product Manager, Agentic Content Platforms is part of a new technology focused team within Marketing sitting at the intersection of Marketing, Tech, and AI. They will lead the product strategy and roadmap, to deliver and scale next-generation AI generative content and automation. These products will be co-developed with partners, leveraging large language models and agentic frameworks to orchestrate multi-step workflows across copy, images, and motion/video, including ideation, generation, editing, versioning, and delivery across packaging, digital, shelf and media. Operating as the voice of the marketer, this leader aligns cross-functional stakeholders around durable, scalable product outcomes while setting vision, guiding teams, and aligning Marketing, Content, IT, and agency partners around durable product outcomes. Role Scope Develop, socialize, and own a multi-year product vision, strategy, and roadmap for agentic content platforms, aligned to marketing and business outcomes. Deliver enterprise efficiencies and performance improvements in content creation to support digital shelf and personalized storytelling at scale. Drive collaboration across Marketing, IT, Data, Legal, and external agency partners to align requirements, manage risk, and accelerate delivery in a matrixed environment. Partner cross-functionally to build an agentic framework across data governance, skills, agents, and playbooks to leverage intelligence and scale adoption. Build rapid prototypes and proofs of concept using available AI toolsets (APIs, low-code platforms, and agent frameworks) to validate feasibility, UX, and value before scaling. Establish the foundation for GenAI and agent-enabled content automation, partnering with Content Platforms, Data Science, Engineering, and partner teams to scale autonomous and semi-autonomous workflows. Key Responsibilities Establish clear objectives, success metrics, and prioritization frameworks to balance near-term value delivery with long-term platform vision. Translate rapidly evolving AI capabilities into enterprise-ready product features through agile iteration, hypothesis-driven experimentation, and continuous evaluation/testing to balance speed with enterprise scale. Communicate product strategy, progress, and outcomes clearly to senior leaders and executive stakeholders. Manage platform dependencies, architectural considerations, and vendor partnerships to ensure seamless integration between adjacent platforms (e.g., DAM, PIM, CMS, activation). Partner with Product Managers and Marketing Operations and agency leaders to standardize ways of working with appropriate flexibility across brands and teams. Total Rewards Salary range $96,800 - $140,000. Actual placement within the compensation range may vary depending on experience, skills, and other factors. Annual bonus based on performance and eligibility. Requirements 6+ years of experience in product management, platform ownership, or marketing technology leadership with demonstrated enterprise impact. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. Significant experience in product management, typically including ownership of complex, technical, or platform products; content platforms, workflow, and/or AI capabilities. Strong understanding of marketing operations, content production lifecycles, and regulated or compliance-driven review processes.
