Position Product Manager, Global Strategic Marketing (Advanced Energy Capital Strategy & Innovation) Location Cincinnati, Ohio, United States Responsibilities Develop and execute the software roadmap for the recently launched DUALTO Energy System, including identifying and prioritizing features, timing releases, managing GUI translation into 22 languages, and balancing urgent needs with strategic additions. Develop and execute the software roadmap for Advanced Energy instruments, collaborating with R&D on algorithm opportunities, incorporating usability feedback, and integrating improvements into launch plans. Collaborate with global strategic marketing, R&D, service, digital, regional sales, marketing management, and other teams to deliver seamless go‑to‑market execution and ongoing product support. Manage dependencies, risks, budgets, and timelines to achieve on‑time, high‑quality launch outcomes. Drive operational excellence across all launch phases, ensuring readiness for product delivery, service enablement, and post‑launch feedback. Coordinate cross‑functional teams for marketing, sales, operations, and customer support during launch. Monitor and report software development progress to senior leadership and stakeholders, adjusting plans as necessary. Implement post‑launch activities, including performance tracking, customer feedback collection, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance adoption and satisfaction. Lead Voice‑of‑Customer and user validation efforts to ensure product features meet or exceed expectations. Support development of graphical user interfaces across Advanced Energy projects and connect learnings back to the DUALTO Energy System. Contribute to service solutions by developing software features that improve service offerings for capital systems. Collaborate with front‑end, supply chain, regulatory, human factors, pre‑clinical, clinical, medical PCM, business development, and related partners as needed. Drive strong alignment of strategic research and VoC with communication leads across Surgery and the broader J&J MedTech organization. Stay abreast of competitive and market trends and support scenario analysis for offensive and defensive marketing strategies. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred. Minimum 5 years of professional experience in digital/software product management in Consumer Tech, High Tech, MedTech, or Cloud Platforms. Experience delivering products using agile software development methods and taking products from concept to launch. Ability to collaborate with technical and non‑technical team members. Knowledge of MedTech or devices industry required. Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies preferred. R&D or other technical experience preferred. At least 2 years working with development partners in a product development environment strongly preferred. Knowledge of OR environment, procedures, and clinical teams preferred. Experience in MedTech capital marketing preferred. Outstanding data analytics skills and ability to understand complex technical concepts with strategic thinking. Commercial savvy and knowledge of cross‑functional processes in R&D, quality, and supply chain preferred. Strong ability to collaborate across boundaries with other J&J companies and regions. Salary & Benefits Base salary range: US$102,000 – $177,100. Participation in consolidated retirement plan (pension) and 401(k). Eligibility for company long‑term incentive program. Paid vacation (120 hours per calendar year), sick time (40 hours; 48 in Colorado; 56 in Washington), holiday pay (13 days), work/personal/family leave (up to 40 hours), parental leave (480 hours within one year), bereavement leave, caregiver leave, volunteer leave, and military spouse time‑off.
