Overview LMI is seeking a Product Manager to lead strategy, execution, stakeholder alignment, and user success activities for an enterprise Supply Chain Risk Management platform that supports supply chain visibility, analytics, and decision support across complex organizations. This role is responsible for translating mission and user needs into product direction, managing priorities across data, development, and analytic workstreams, and ensuring the platform delivers scalable capabilities that support both enterprise objectives and customer‑specific use cases. The ideal candidate brings deep experience delivering mission software through balanced agile teams in government or defense environments, with the technical judgment to guide modern platform development from concept through production deployment. Responsibilities Lead the User Success team and overall product strategy, roadmap, and execution for the Supply Chain Risk Management platform across enterprise and customer‑specific workstreams Serve as the primary integrator across platform engineering, data engineering, analytics, modeling and simulation, and supply chain subject matter expertise Translate mission, business, and user needs into product requirements, backlog priorities, and delivery plans Manage tradeoffs across core platform development, customer‑specific enhancements, technical debt, and emerging surge requirements Lead delivery through balanced, cross‑functional teams using agile development practices that maximize speed, quality, and mission value Coordinate with stakeholders, delivery teams, and user organizations to align platform priorities with enterprise objectives and funded use cases Oversee product governance, including prioritization forums, stakeholder engagement, and decision‑making processes for roadmap changes and new features Ensure the platform continues to mature across enterprise data integration, application development, user experience, modeling and simulation, and decision‑support capabilities Support onboarding of new user organizations by defining requirements, shaping use cases, and guiding platform configuration or bespoke development as needed Track product performance, adoption, and delivery progress, and communicate status, risks, dependencies, and recommended decisions to senior stakeholders Qualifications Masters degree in a relevant field such as engineering, computer science, operations research, supply chain, business, public policy, or a related discipline 10+ years of experience ideally in product management, program management, digital platform delivery, or a related role supporting complex technical programs Must possess and maintain a DoD TOP SECRET Clearance and be able to obtain a Common Access Card Located within the National Capital Region for short‑notice in‑person client engagements and demonstrations Demonstrated expertise in agile software delivery and experience building and leading balanced teams using frameworks such as Scrum, SAFe, Lean, XP, or similar approaches Experience delivering applications into production in government, defense, or other highly regulated mission environments Experience managing enterprise software, analytics, data, or platform capabilities across multiple stakeholders or user groups Demonstrated ability to translate mission or business needs into technical requirements, product roadmaps, and delivery priorities Experience working with cross‑functional teams spanning engineering, data, UX, analytics, and subject matter experts Technical familiarity with modern digital product environments and industry‑standard tools, including front‑end frameworks, relational and analytical data platforms, cloud‑native and managed services, UX/prototyping tools, and DevSecOps‑enabled delivery practices Knowledge of cross‑domain solution requirements and experience supporting data, workflows, or applications that operate across security domains or classification boundaries Strong written and verbal communication skills, including ability to brief senior leaders and drive alignment across technical and non‑technical audiences Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting defense, federal, or national security missions related to logistics, sustainment, supply chain risk, industrial base, or enterprise data platforms Experience working with OSD, Service component program offices, Major Defense Acquisition Programs, or similarly complex mission organizations Familiarity with Supply Chain Risk Management, modeling and simulation, decision‑support tools, or data integration in classified and unclassified environments Experience working with modern application, data, and analytics stacks such as cloud‑managed services, enterprise analytics platforms, full‑stack web frameworks, data engineering and ML platforms, and user‑centered design tools Salary Target salary range: $101,000‑$170,000 Legal Disclaimer: The salary range displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is not a guarantee of compensation.
