Job Description:

We are hiring Production Operators for a manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will have previous manufacturing or production experience and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while following safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities:

• Operate production equipment and machinery.
• Perform visual inspections of products.
• Follow work instructions, SOPs, and safety procedures.
• Complete production documentation.
• Meet daily production and quality goals.
• Work as part of a team in a manufacturing environment.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Previous manufacturing or production experience required.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 35 lbs.
• Ability to work the assigned shift and overtime as needed.
• Reliable transportation.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
