Program and Project Management Specialist As a project management specialist, you will support projects from concept to completion, ensuring they stay on a productive path amid limited resources. Your role will focus on implementing and maintaining organizational programs for the Navy’s Portfolio Acquisition Executive (PAE) and Mission Systems. Work with Assistant Program Managers to prepare acquisition documents while monitoring cost, schedule, and performance. Help with tactical planning using tools such as MS Office and Power BI. Maintain regular communication with subject‑matter experts, schedulers, and project analysts to keep the program on track. Support the Navy’s Intel and Information Operations program office goals within budget while delivering advanced capabilities to the Warfighter. Qualifications Experience supporting Navy or DoD clients and Program Management Offices. Knowledge of the DoD Adaptive Acquisition framework or DoD Instruction 5000.02. Ability to grasp technical concepts related to electronic warfare, information warfare, and signals intelligence. TS/SCI clearance required. Bachelor’s degree. Nice to have: Experience writing DoD Acquisition documentation. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Project Management Professional, Agile, or SAFe certification.
