Job Description: The position in the Call Center will utilize the Medicall application and work with the different departments and clinics to create an initial On Call Profile. Gathers schedule requirements, assigns access levels to the department and clinic resource for ongoing on call schedule creation, creates on call profile/passwords, sets up on call Short List for department and clinics, defines instructions, trains and reviews individual resources, pager numbers, carrier types, statuses and ID numbers. The position will be available continuously to create new On Call Profiles for Department and clinics as they grow. This role supports the primary Senior Program Coordinator and works as a Lead Call Center Representative.
Required Qualifications
2 years of user account administration or scheduling staff to work
1 year of account and group administration
Job related experience including responsibility for coordinating complex administrative projects for management and associated professionals in a major organization
Preferred Qualifications
Associate’s Degree from an accredited college
Experience working with the Medicall application
Health care experience
