About Us Decades ago, our nation systematically removed Bible education from the public school day. LifeWise Academy is bringing it back. Under a little‑known Supreme Court ruling, LifeWise empowers communities to provide Bible education for their public school students DURING SCHOOL HOURS. Tens of thousands of public school students attend LifeWise Bible classes each week. We believe released time is the greatest missed opportunity of the church in America to reach the next generation. About the Job We are looking for a gospel‑centered and detail‑oriented Program Director to lead our team, in partnership with the local Leadership Board. Our ideal candidate is a spiritually mature active church participant with excellent communication, leadership and interpersonal skills who is adept at managing a broad range of administrative tasks. The Program Director will serve in a full time capacity. Job Responsibilities: Managing the LifeWise 5 L's Leadership: The people element of a program; specifically, the doers Recruit, train and manage a diverse team Location: The facility and transportation needs of the program Arrange for and maintain program transportation and learning spaces Logistics: How the program relates to the school and/or district Organize and plan operational procedures and details Loot: The financial component of the program (fundraising and budgeting) Build relational networks of financial support and manage program finances Language: The communication element of the program Promote the program through communication and community engagement Support The Support Center is here to walk with you every step of the way! You'll be provided with a step‑by‑step plan, ongoing training and specialized coaching so you can bring Bible education to public school students in your community!
