Location: Austin, TX Position: Program Director (Case Management Role) Company: Disability Services of the Southwest (DSSW) Are you passionate about supporting individuals with disabilities and ready to lead with compassion and purpose? DSSW Austin is looking for a Program Director to join our growing team and help us deliver high‑quality, person‑centered care through the CLASS waiver program. About DSSW: At DSSW, we believe in empowering independence. Our mission is to provide exceptional care that allows individuals with disabilities to thrive in their communities. When you join DSSW, you become part of a team that is committed, compassionate, and making a real impact every day. What You’ll Do Manage the day‑to‑day activities of the assigned program. Monitor services for your assigned client caseload. Ensure compliance with program and licensure standards. Support and collaborate with office staff. Report concerns to the Lead Program Director. Travel for client visits and community activities. What You Bring College degree in Social Work or a related field (required). 2+ years of experience providing services to individuals with disabilities (required). Case management experience (preferred). Home health experience (preferred). Familiarity with CLASS, CBA, DBMD, PHC, or DADS programs (a plus).
