We are currently hiring for a Project Assistant in our Daphne office. Qualifications Must have strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a litigation team. Must possess excellent organization skills, be detail-oriented, and be able to operate well under pressure with minimal supervision. Must be highly motivated. Must exhibit a positive and professional attitude. Must possess a valid U.S. driver's license, reliable transportation, and required automobile insurance. Duties The project assistant is primarily responsible for managing incoming calls and directing them to the appropriate parties, welcoming guests and escorting them to meeting space. The project assistant will be each other's backup during breaks and lunch hours. The project assistant will coordinate, stock, and reserve conference rooms, stock break rooms daily, order meals for meetings and events as needed, maintain office plants, manage closed files, and assist with records requests. The project assistant will receive incoming packages, coordinate recycling, and assist with planning events and celebrations. The project assistant may also be asked to perform other general duties assigned by a Supervisor, Office Manager, Director of Human Resources, and/or the Firm Administrator.
