Project Director/Program Manager

Overview We are looking for a Test Systems Project Director to lead the development and execution of complex test systems programs . This role is ideal for someone who understands test environments, validation systems, and engineering workflows and can bring structure, clarity, and execution to highly technical teams. Responsibilities Lead test systems projects from concept through deployment. Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, validation, and client. Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables. Ensure alignment on technical requirements and system performance goals. Identify risks and proactively drive solutions. Communicate progress and updates to stakeholders and leadership. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field. 8+ years of technical project management experience. Strong ability to manage engineering-driven projects. Experience in the medical device industry. Preferred Experience working with National Instruments (NI) systems.
