Location: Omaha, NE (Onsite)
Experience: 7 Years only
Must-Have Skills
- 7+ years of Project Management experience
- Experience managing multiple projects at the same time
- Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and Hybrid project delivery
- Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills
- Experience leading steering committee meetings, project reviews, and status updates
- Ability to manage project timelines, risks, dependencies, budgets, and resources
- Experience working with cross-functional teams (Business, IT, Vendors, and External Partners)
- Hands-on experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, Asana, or Microsoft Project
- Experience with portfolio management, resource planning, and roadmap planning
- Knowledge of change management and organizational readiness
