Job Title: Project Manager / Estimator

Location: Bedford, NH

Job Type: Full-Time

Compensation: $70,000 – $80,000 base salary + commission opportunity

Reports To: Operations Leadership

Job Summary

Seeking an experienced Project Manager / Estimator to oversee residential and commercial mitigation projects from initial loss through completion. This role involves scoping, estimating, job management, and client/insurance coordination. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in water, fire, and mold restoration and thrives in a fast-paced field environment.

Key Responsibilities

Project Management

• Oversee daily field operations for mitigation projects
\n
• Coordinate technicians, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure efficient job completion
\n
• Track project timelines, budgets, and quality standards
\n
• Serve as primary liaison for property owners, insurance adjusters, and TPAs
\n
• Ensure strong communication throughout the lifecycle of each job
\n

Estimating

\n
• Conduct on-site inspections to evaluate and scope damage
\n
• Prepare accurate estimates using Xactimate and internal guidelines
\n
• Submit and revise estimates based on insurance carrier feedback or scope changes
\n
• Ensure timely approvals and documentation of all estimating activity
\n

Documentation & Compliance

\n
• Maintain complete job files including photos, moisture readings, drying logs, and notes
\n
• Ensure all work meets industry standards and IICRC guidelines
\n
• Document all communication with clients, carriers, and stakeholders
\n

Team Collaboration

\n
• Work closely with field crews to allocate resources effectively
\n
• Support training and development of technicians on procedures and customer service standards
\n
• Help drive consistent execution across all active projects
\n

Qualifications

\n
• 2+ years of experience in restoration, mitigation, or construction project management
\n
• Strong proficiency in Xactimate required; Docusketch experience preferred
\n
• Knowledge of water, fire, and mold remediation practices
\n
• IICRC certifications (WRT, ASD, or equivalent) preferred
\n
• Strong organizational and communication skills
\n
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
\n
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
\n
