Python Full Stack Developer (Python+ React)

We are looking for a Full Stack Engineer who can build polished, production-ready applications that sit at the intersection of AI and enterprise data. You will own end-to-end feature development - from Python backends and API services to the React-based interfaces that clients and end-users interact with. You will work in fast-paced, client-facing engagements where what you build is seen and used by real users in regulated environments.

What You'll Do

• Build and maintain full-stack applications: Python/FastAPI backends and React (or equivalent) frontends deployed on cloud infrastructure.
• Develop clean, testable, well-structured APIs that integrate with AI agents, data platforms, and enterprise systems.
• Design and implement user-facing interfaces for AI-powered applications - including chat interfaces, dashboards, and document-processing tools.
• Collaborate with AI Engineers and Data Engineers to surface AI outputs in usable, trusted product experiences.
• Own the full software development lifecycle for features: design, build, test, deploy, and support.
• Integrate with enterprise authentication (OAuth2, SSO), security controls, and data access patterns appropriate to regulated environments.
• Instrument applications with logging, monitoring, and alerting for production reliability.
• Participate in client-facing discussions, demos, and design reviews.

What We Work On

• Web interfaces and dashboards for enterprise AI applications - including document review tools, compliance dashboards, and decision-support applications.
• API layers that expose AI agents, retrieval pipelines, and data products to downstream clients and systems.
• Internal tooling, accelerators, and reusable UI components that shorten time-to-delivery across engagements.

Minimum Qualifications

• 3 8 years of professional software development experience with a strong full-stack profile.
• Strong Python skills - FastAPI or Flask, async patterns, ORM (SQLAlchemy), and REST API design.
• Solid frontend proficiency: React (or Vue/Angular), TypeScript, and modern state management.
• Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and working knowledge of SQL.
• Experience with cloud deployment (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerisation (Docker).
• Strong grasp of Git, branching/PR workflows, CI/CD, and automated testing.
• Clear communicator - comfortable in client-facing roles and cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience integrating AI/LLM APIs or building AI-powered application features.
• Familiarity with enterprise authentication patterns (OAuth2, SAML, SSO).
• Experience with Snowflake or other cloud data warehouses via application integration.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and production UX best practices.
• Prior work in financial services, fintech, or regulated product environments.
