    5. Document Test results and report defects

    3. # of test cases/script developed in comparison to the benchmarks
    4. # of test cases/script executed in comparison to the benchmarks
    5. # of valid defects
    Performance Areas:

    Test Design, Development, Execution:
    1. Identify testable scenarios and create test scenario document
    2. Update RTM
    3. Obtain sign off on test scenarios
    4. Basis (3) above, identify and create test cases and test data
    5. Smoke testing for system readiness check
    6. Execute test cases / scripts
    7. Identify, log and track defects
    8. Retest
    9. Log in productivity data
