The role: We are looking for a full-time freelance recruiter to join our US team, based in Miami. This is a 360 role. You will develop new business with HNW, UHNW, and family office clients across Florida, and you will run the recruitment process end to end for the mandates you win. The right person is commercial first: comfortable prospecting, networking in private wealth circles, and closing service agreements, while also able to identify and present household staff at the level our clients expect.
