Registered NurseThe Registered Nurse oversees, and coordinates patient care delivered in the home environment. This role blends clinical nursing expertise with care coordination, patient advocacy, and ongoing assessment to ensure patients receive safe, effective, and person-centered care at home. The Registered Nurse works closely with caregivers, physicians, therapists, and community partners to support optimal health outcomes and reduce avoidable hospitalizations.Documents nursing actions of all care given to individuals and informs physicians and family accordinglyConducts nursing assessment visit as neededFollows policies and procedures according to operation, state and regulatory standardsCompletes supervisory visits based on compliance and regulations to include review of plan of care, caregiver competency assessment, and completion of required documentationImplements nursing support for individuals in a home settingWorks with Director or Nursing/Nurse Supervisor and/or Branch Manager to address the health needs of individualsParticipates in staff meetings, in-services and other meetings as neededEnsures compliance with physician's verbal orders and medical reportsDegree in Nursing from an accredited schoolOne or more years of nursing experience preferred.Current and unrestricted license in the state of the operationCPR professional certificationExcellent communication skills with all levels of personnel, internal and external to the companyCapable of working independently with highly confidential informationAll Ways Caring HomeCare delivers quality, compassionate, and individualized care and support that helps people in need of assistance stay at home all while maximizing their dignity, privacy, and independence.
