We are seeking a Full Stack Software Engineer to join a talented team providing critical mission-related support to a U.S. Government customer. This is a full-time opportunity to work with an award-winning team on AI/ML-driven capabilities within the Intelligence Community (IC). As part of this role, you’ll engage in full-stack web development, taking full ownership of projects through the entire lifecycle. Responsibilities: Collaborate with ML/AI engineers on building full-stack applications that integrate computer vision models. Engage with senior stakeholders and customers to enhance user experience and functionality. Lead ongoing development of the CMO homepage and website, which provides workflow tracking and self-service capabilities for the CMO team. Prototype and develop new capabilities alongside the data science team to address evolving customer needs. Must Have's: Active or reinstatable TS/SCI security clearance with Polygraph. U.S. Citizenship. Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline, or 4 additional years of relevant experience in lieu of degree. 3+ years of full-stack development experience, including: Docker DevOps and GitLab CI/CD Java and Spring Boot MongoDB JavaScript, React, and/or Material UI for UI development Desired experience with machine learning, AWS (especially C2S), Python, Node.js, and Express. Location:  Annapolis Junction, MD Salary:  $50,000 - $120,000 Benefits: Medical, dental, and vision coverage (CareFirst) for employees and dependents. Up to 25 days of paid time off and 40 hours of PTO carryover. 11 Federal holidays and work-from-home opportunities. 401K with company contribution, fully vested on Day 1.
