Summary: Strong hands-on Workday technical engineer with deep experience in Workday Financials + Extend + Integrations/APIs. Candidate should be actively coding, building integrations, and working within enterprise finance environments.

Must-Have Skills (Primary)

• 5+ years Workday technical development
• Strong Workday Extend (hands-on coding)
• Workday Integrations: Studio, Orchestrate, EIB, Core/Cloud Connectors
• APIs: REST / SOAP
• Workday Financials modules:
• General Ledger (GL)
• Expense
• Source to Pay (S2P)
• Data handling: XML, JSON, XSLT
• Experience with end-to-end integration lifecycle (design, build, deploy, support)
• Strong troubleshooting & production support
• Experience in enterprise Finance / large organizations
• Ability to work as technical lead / SME (hands-on, not functional)

• BIRT reporting
• Workday certifications (Financials / Integrations / Extend)
• Experience in regulated or large-scale environments

• Build and support Workday integrations & Extend solutions
• Develop API-based integrations with external systems (ERP, banking, expense tools)
• Support Workday Financials transactions & data flows
• Lead technical design while remaining hands-on
• Troubleshoot complex integration and production issues
• Collaborate with finance and technical stakeholders

• Pure technical Workday engineer (not functional/analyst)
• Strong in coding + integrations + APIs
• Has worked on Workday Financials implementations/support
• Comfortable leading technical delivery while being hands-on
• Experience in highly integrated enterprise environments
