Responsibilities Gain experience and insight into drug discovery and development Complete four 6-month job rotations in diverse R&D disciplines Work on meaningful assignments and projects Participate in mentorship, coaching, and collaborative interactions to develop business acumen and technical expertise Requirements Must have successfully completed Pfizer Futures Internship in 2026 Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences (Chemistry, Biochemistry, Microbiology, Biology, Computer Science or Data Science) Strong academic performance (minimum 3.3 GPA) No more than 2 years of continuous work experience after graduation Willingness to make a 2-year commitment to the program Commitment to participate in program activities Core Competencies Demonstrates a strong foundation in Life Sciences with a focus on Drug Discovery and Development, complemented by a commitment to collaborative learning and mentorship.
