Texas Corral in Stevensville, Michigan opened it's doors last August 2022. We have 7 corporate locations in Northwest Indiana & Michigan. We established our first Texas Corral location in 1995.
Our concept has always been, Just Throw the Shells on the Floor and give our guests a great dining experience and the feeling of Texas all in one place. We strive for Texas Service, which means we are Big on Service, Big on Value & Big on Quality.
Our menu consists of steaks, ribs, seafood, fajitas, pasta, burgers, chicken and more. We have a full bar with a great drink menu and drink specials everyday.
We are currently looking for qualified managers to join our team. A manager works 5 days a week consisting of 45-50 hours per week. The management team is responsible for hiring, training, promoting, discipling, service standards, food quality, schedules, invoices, ordering, cleanliness, handling guest complaints and interacting with guests on a personal level, employee relations and more.
