Job Title RN Registered Nurse Operating Room Location Kremmling, CO Job Summary We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled RN Registered Nurse Operating Room to join our team in Kremmling, CO. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care throughout the patient's surgical experience. Our Operating Room RN will ensure that surgical procedures are conducted under safe conditions and perform their duties in compliance with hospital regulations and standards. Responsibilities and Duties Ensure that surgical equipment and supplies are properly sterilized and organized for each procedure Observe and maintain all surgical roles during procedures Assess patients before and after surgery to ensure that they meet the necessary medical criteria for surgery and to monitor their recovery process Coordinate with the surgical team, medical professionals, and support staff to ensure that each patient receives individualized care Serve as a liaison between patients, their families, and other medical professionals to ensure that their needs are met Communicate effectively with team members to ensure best outcomes for patients Qualifications and Skills Active RN license in the state of Colorado Minimum of 2 years of experience in an operating room setting Ability to multi-task and work effectively in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and accuracy Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Ability to assess and evaluate patients accurately Must be able to read, write, and understand English #J-18808-Ljbffr
