The Zillow Premier Agent team is a diverse and collaborative team of professionals who are passionate about helping real estate professionals succeed. We are looking for another outstanding partner to join our team and help us drive topline revenue by acquiring new Premier Agent Partners

About The Role

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Introduce, educate, engage, and motivate real estate professionals and team leads with our world-class Premier Agent Platform
  • Employ a strategic approach to prospecting, qualifying, presenting, and closing new accounts, utilizing a combination of cold calling, warm inbound inquiries, and other internal sales tools
  • Provide excellent customer service to our partners
  • Employ a consultative sales process crafted to acquire the future top Premier Agent Partners
  • Skillfully navigate multiple browsers and programs, including product demos, Salesforce, Sales Tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Align, embody, and represent Zillow Groups Core Values

This role has been categorized as a Remote position. Remote employees do not have a permanent corporate office workplace and, instead, work from a physical location of their choice which must be identified to the Company. Employees may live in any of the 50 US States, with limited exceptions. In certain cases, an employee in a remote-designated job may need to live in a specific region or time zone to support customers or clients as part of their role.

In California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Nevada, New York and Washington the standard base pay range for this role is $23.70 - $37.90 Hourly. This base pay range is specific to California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Nevada, New York and Washington and may not be applicable to other locations.

In addition to a competitive base pay, employees in this role are eligible for incentive compensation and equity awards. Actual amounts will vary depending on experience, performance and location.

What You'll Need

  • 2+ years of experience in a sales role, preferably selling high-dollar marketing, digital media, and advertising services
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Salesforce.com or other CRM experience preferred
  • Eager to conduct a high volume of daily outbound cold calls with a goal-oriented and determined approach.
  • Articulates the unique value proposition effectively and overcomes sales objections through active listening and problem-solving.
  • You demonstrate exceptional sales integrity by conducting business with honesty, transparency, and ethical approaches
