POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
Sell vehicles and services both in-store and online
Handle internet leads, inbound inquiries, and follow-ups
Create daily short-form video and social media content
Post and engage on approved platforms
Follow proven sales and digital engagement systems
Represent Pohanka Toyota with professionalism at all times

SOCIAL MEDIA & CONTENT OWNERSHIP POLICY
All content created during employment is the sole property of the dealership and affiliated partners
Content may be used for marketing, advertising, and training purposes
Ownership is not contestable under any circumstances

REQUIREMENTS
High School Diploma or equivalent
Valid driver's license
Professional appearance and strong work ethic
Willingness to be on camera daily
Flexible schedule availability
