Job Summary:

The Enterprise Cloud Team Scrum Master in Harrisburg, PA, is responsible for supporting cloud technology initiatives by coordinating Agile project activities, managing Scrum practices, and facilitating communication between technical teams and business stakeholders. This role ensures the successful delivery of cloud-related projects by tracking progress, maintaining documentation, supporting requirements analysis, and helping meet project objectives and timelines.

Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate sprint planning, daily standups, sprint reviews, retrospectives, backlog refinement sessions, and other Agile ceremonies.
  • Monitor sprint and operational work progress, track work completion, dependencies, service requests, and project milestones using Agile tools.
  • Identify and escalate project risks, impediments, blocked work items, and operational concerns impacting schedules or deliverables.
  • Collaborate with Cloud Team leadership to prioritize and coordinate cloud operational requests, support, maintenance, and service improvement initiatives.
  • Work with technical teams, engineers, architects, operations staff, vendors, and stakeholders to document project scope, requirements, objectives, and deliverables.
  • Assist with business analysis activities and prepare documentation to support implementation, operational readiness, and change management.
  • Facilitate Scrum ceremonies effectively to ensure team alignment and progress.
Required Skills & Certifications:
  • Proven experience facilitating Scrum ceremonies (daily standups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives).
  • Strong understanding of Agile project management methodologies and tools.
  • Experience coordinating cloud technology projects and operational work.
  • Ability to identify and manage project risks and impediments.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with technical and business teams.
Preferred Skills & Certifications:
  • Experience working with cloud engineering, cloud operations, and cloud architecture teams.
  • Familiarity with business analysis and organizational change management.
  • Certifications such as Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP).
Special Considerations:
  • Must be able to manage multiple priorities across cloud operations, engineering, and architecture teams.
  • Requires proactive risk management and escalation to avoid project delays.
  • Collaboration with vendors and diverse technical teams is essential.
Scheduling:
  • Regular shift from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST.
  • Position duration is 6+ months with possibility of extension.
