What You'll Do:

\n
    \n
  • Provide customer service to clients, employees, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at the location.
  • \n
  • Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observed activity and sharing relevant information with site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership.
  • \n
  • Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the building, access points, common areas, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and report unusual conditions.
  • \n
  • Monitor entrances, exits, and visitor activity, helping to verify authorized access, provide directions, and support a professional environment for staff, guests, and contractors.
  • \n
  • Support site operations by communicating clearly with tenants, employees, and/or local responders when needed, while following post orders and reporting procedures.
  • \n

Minimum Requirements:

\n
    \n
  • A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
  • \n
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • \n
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • \n
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • \n
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • \n
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • \n
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • \n
  • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
  • \n
