Senior Director of Finance

Driving financial strategy and performance management for the GTM business, the full-time Senior Director of Finance will manage financial planning, user acquisition, and profitability while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote setting. Key responsibilities Own financial planning and forecasting for the GTM business Drive efforts to serve new customer segments and launch new insurance products Develop and monitor critical financial performance metrics, communicating actionable insights to stakeholders Required qualifications 10+ years of relevant experience, including 4+ years in investment banking, private equity, or consulting 6-8+ years in Strategic Finance, FP&A, or BizOps roles at a GTM or consumer-facing company Deep expertise in GTM unit economics and growth efficiency metrics Stellar academic record with a degree in a quantitative field SQL knowledge preferred; prior experience with Corp Dev/Biz Dev is a plus
