A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer (Python, React, SQL Server) Title: Senior Full Stack Software Engineer (Python, React, SQL Server) Position type: Full Time - Contract Duration:12+Months Location: Charlotte North Carolina Senior Full Stack Software Engineer , You will: Application Development Design, develop, test, and maintain full-stack applications using Python and React. Build scalable REST APIs, microservices, and backend services. Develop responsive and intuitive user interfaces with React and modern JavaScript/TypeScript. Database Development Design and optimize SQL Server databases, schemas, stored procedures, and queries. Improve application performance through database tuning and optimization. Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with enterprise standards. Business Analysis Elicit, document, and validate business and functional requirements. Translate business needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows. Analyze current vs. future state processes to identify gaps and opportunities. Solution Delivery Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver technical solutions aligned with business goals. Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and release activities. Support CI/CD pipelines and operational readiness. Quality & Operational Excellence Develop automated testing and monitoring capabilities. Troubleshoot production issues and implement sustainable solutions. Follow secure coding practices and engineering standards. The ideal candidate will have: Experience in Python, React, and Microsoft SQL Server. Experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs. Experience in requirements gathering, business analysis, or product management. Experience working in Agile/Kanban environments. Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS). Familiarity with CI/CD tools, DevOps practices, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes). Exposure to data engineering, ETL/ELT processes, and analytics platforms.
