Responsible for the development and integration of new or existing applications into the technical infrastructure and existing business processes. Provides technical or functional guidance to project or work teams as needed within a specific discipline. Collaborates on an ongoing basis with the Business Systems Analyst.
Analyzes, designs, develops, tests, debugs, implements, maintains, and/or enhances existing or new systems/web pages that are reliable and efficient. Responsible for the writing and updating full-stack applications on existing hardware and business processes.
Performs Power BI dashboard development, SQL data structuring, API integrations, workflow automation, and cloud development. Experience with Agile methodology, software lifecycle, and scrum ceremonies.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field required.
- Certifications in AWS, Microsoft Power BI, Salesforce, IT Project Management (PMP, Agile, SAFe), or DevOps methodologies preferred.
Relevant Experience
- 11 15 years of experience in advanced software engineering, full-stack development, and large-scale enterprise systems.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the development and deployment of enterprise-level applications.
- Architect and optimize large-scale data pipelines, software solutions, and integrations.
- Lead cross-functional teams in implementing high-impact software projects.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance on security, performance, and compliance.
- Conduct advanced troubleshooting and optimization of complex systems.
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, Power BI, Java, .NET, AWS, and cloud-based technologies.
- Knowledge of DevOps practices, cloud automation, ERP integration, CI/CD pipelines, and microservices architecture.
- Experience with SCADA operations, Power BI, AWS Glue, Lambda, SNS, and SQS.
- Understanding of security, compliance, and regulatory requirements like SOX and cybersecurity best practices.

The ideal candidate combines strong expertise in C#/.NET Core, SQL Server, and JavaScript with proficiency in AI code generation tools to accelerate delivery and elevate code quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop scalable RESTful APIs and web applications using .NET Core / ASP.NET Core.
- Write clean, maintainable C# code following SOLID principles and design patterns.
- Develop and optimize complex SQL Server queries, stored procedures, indexes, and execution plans.
- Build responsive, interactive UIs using JavaScript (React, Angular, or Vue).
- Leverage AI code generation tools (GitHub Copilot, WindSurf) to accelerate development, generate boilerplate, write unit tests, and refactor legacy code.
- Critically review, validate, and refine AI-generated code for correctness, security, and performance.
- Participate in code reviews, architectural discussions, and Agile ceremonies.
- Collaborate with product owners, QA, and DevOps to deliver high-quality releases.
