Senior Recruitment Consultant - Legal Apply

What you can expect from this role:
This is a growth role driven by client demand. We have more work than we can handle - this is a warm desk with active clients and jobs to fill immediately.
- Work under the leadership of Jon Riley our Head of Legal, who has over 15 years experience and an extensive client base across the Australian legal market
- Run a 360 desk within a defined sector in the Legal market, with fees ranging $25k - $80k
- This role is remote-first, but with 1 day per week face-to-face with Jon for 6-12 months initially while you build up & get settled
Your Development:
Progression is super clear, we want to make you a Partner at ALRA. This puts you at the level of 70% comms and business ownership. We have well-defined and achievable parameters laid out for you to get there.
Starting Salary:
$100k + 40% Comms over $60k per quarter
i.e., $164k pkg @ $400k p.a. billings (which is the min you will hit on this desk)

We are ideally looking for someone with at least 5 years experience in contingent/perm recruiting in legal or another white-collar professional industry. We say 5 years, but its really about finding someone who has those solid foundations, feels comfortable talking with C-suite level professionals, and has the maturity to be able to work primarily from home.
This kind of role is going to best suit someone who values their career as a long-term professional recruiter, someone looking for more flexibility and to work from home, but doesnt want to feel like theyre on their own.
