Senior Tax Accountant (CPA)

We’re looking for an experienced Tax Accountant to take a client leadership role in our Lake Oswego or Beaverton office. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned CPA who enjoys managing client relationships, mentoring talented professionals, and helping shape the direction of a growing firm. This position is focused primarily on leading and serving an existing, well‑established client base. While business development is always welcomed, it is not a core expectation of this role. What You’ll Do Serve as the primary advisor for an established portfolio of clients, providing high‑quality tax compliance, planning, and advisory services. Work closely with firm leadership to implement best practices and contribute to firm‑wide initiatives. Engage in hands‑on, billable client work while maintaining oversight of client service delivery. Support staff development through coaching and performance management. Lead and mentor a talented team of tax and accounting professionals, helping to foster a positive, growth‑oriented culture. What We’re Looking For CPA designation required (active and in good standing). 10+ years of public accounting or professional tax experience, including review, leadership or management responsibilities. Strong technical expertise across individual, business, and entity tax. Proven ability to manage multiple client relationships and lead a high‑performing team.
