The BWW Shift Leader’s primary purpose is to create a unique and personal experience for Buffalo Wild Wings Guests, leading your team to effectively present food and beverage options in an informative, friendly, and enthusiastic manner. As Shift Leader your focus is on restaurant Guests as well as leading our team during the shift. Shift Leader Responsibilities/Qualifications: On the front lines, operating our restaurants on a day to day basis. Responsible for overseeing daily operations on a shift by shift basis. The “quarter back” of the restaurant management team, making sure every shift operates smoothly. Provide support and direction for the Front of House and Heart of House Teams who provide the ultimate social experience for our sports fan guests. Have general knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation, responsible alcohol service, safety and security systems and procedures, computer operations. Education and experience: high school graduate or equivalent. Extra points if you bring a bachelor's degree and have 1 year of restaurant experience. A team player not afraid to roll up your sleeves and jump in to help your Team. Team focused - You champion your Team and ensure that they have all the tools to be successful.
